Solera at Anthem is located in Henderson, Nevada. Solera at Anthem is one of five Sun City developments in the area. It is located just south of Sun City Anthem in the southeast part of the valley.

This Pulte/Del Webb development is one of several distinct neighborhoods in the Anthem master-planned community. Towering waterfalls welcome visitors to the community, which is located amid the canyon landscape of the McCullough Mountains. Solera at Anthem is a sister community to Sun City Anthem, one of the Las Vegas valley's best-known retirement communities. The elevation at Solera at Anthem ranges from 2,880 ft. to 2,960 ft. above sea level.

The homes here are smaller, with five single-story designs. All homes are single story, ranging from 1,140 to 1,771 square feet. Del Webb is offering major incentives here at Solera at Anthem. Solera at Anthem has recently added another home option. Single story attached townhomes are now available in what is to be a separate gated area. Two models are available at 1,519 sq. ft and 1,590 sq. ft. Base prices are $264,900 and $274,990 respectively. The homeowners here will have access to all the common area facilities of this community. This product is unique. Not only for age restricted, but even outside of age restricted nothing is available in new product like it, not in a single story.

Unlike Sun City Anthem, there is no onsite golf course, but Solera is close to The Revere at Anthem as well as other local courses. Tennis and bocce courts are available, and there is a newly completed 34,000 Sq. When complete, the 385-acre master-planned community will have approximately 1,750 homes. Solera at Anthem is close to shopping centers, medical facilities, restaurants and businesses.
