- Bel Aire Estates- Guarded, gated community. Homes have 3-5 bedrooms and 3-car garages. Most homes in Bel Aire have a pool & spa and some back the TPC golf course. Depending on the floor plan, some homes have a bedroom down stairs. Built 1994-1995.

- Red Rock Country Club- Luxury homes in a guarded, gated community featuring two Arnold Palmer golf courses. Floor plans have up to 7 bedrooms and 2-7 car garages. Some homes in Red Rock Country Club have a pool and spa. Built 1999-2006.
- Sun City Summerlin- (Age restricted) Golfing Community of single family homes and town homes, with bedroom and bathroom options available in all models. Very upscale homes and town homes by Del Webb.
- Terraces- Gated town home community with a pool & spa. Town homes with 2-3 bedrooms and 2-car garages. Built 1996-2000.
- Tournament Hills- guarded, gated community of custom, luxury homes with 3-11 bedrooms and 3-15 car garages. Depending on the model plan, homes have a pool, wine cellar, a gym and more.
