Silverado Ranch is located about a few miles south of the Las Vegas International Airport and about 6 or so miles from the strip. It has a great location for a planned community with respect to access to the airport/strip area. The planned community has great housing options in the way of custom designed single family homes, condos, townhomes and lots of rental umts also. Silverado Ranch has some great recreational options for its residents. One is the wonderful park system here and one of the best and newer parks is the Silverado Ranch Park. It has everything, including picnic areas, playgrounds, softball fields and a beautiful amphitheatre.
One of the most popular places in this park is the skate park where you can go biking or rollerblading, or skateboarding if you want.
Homes, including the condos and townhomes here sell fast and all are priced affordably. Most single family custom homes have a median price of around $320,000 plus or minus, with condos and townhomes having a median price of about $225,000 or so. The custom single family homes here are fairly large, modern and convenient with all ameities available. Again, the great thing about Silverado is its closeness to everything, including downtown Las Vegas.
Another positive about Silverado Ranch is that the schools are top notch and have a great reputaion, with students and parents alike. There are many communities within Silverado Ranch. Many are gated, many are guarded and gated.
