New developments, some gated, and some on beautiful new and established golf courses are popping up everywhere throughout the region. Singles, newly married, families and older couples are pulling up their roots and re-planting them here in Las Vegas, where the lifestyle is active, modern, easy going. Many of these were built in the 50s and 60s, some part of old resorts now gone, and the available housing lots are wonderful with many of the original large homes still in top condition. The real estate in these communities are in high demand, with many selling as fast as they hit the market.
