Green Valley Custom Homes

Located throughout the Green Valley community are a variety of custom homes from which to choose.

Bordering the Green Valley master planned community are the Sierra Vista Ranchos and Equestrian Estates subdivisions. The Sierra Vista Ranchos subdivision has approximately 120 homes with up to 8,000 square feet. The Sierra Vista Ranchos homes are located primarily are home sites from 2/3 acre up to approximately 2 acres which is quite rare for the area. The Equestrian Estates is a smaller collection of homes located on home sites from ½ acre to 1 acre. Home prices in these two subdivisions are predominantly in the $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 range. However, some properties may be found from the $700,000's and as high as $3,000,000.

A classic custom home subdivision located in the Green Valley master planned community is Quail Ridge Estates. With mature, tree lined streets you will not believe you are in the Las Vegas area. Quail Ridge Estates was developed primarily in the mid to late 1980's with homes ranging in size from 3,000 to 8,000 square feet of living space. Most of the home sites are approximately ½ acre. Many of the homes have been totally remodeled in recent years to reflect modern luxury amenities. Prices start at about $1,000,000 in the Quail Ridge Estates area.

The Hillsboro Heights community, built in the early 1990's, contains approximately 126 homes ranging in size from 2,500 to over 6,000 square feet of living space. Most of the home sites are between ¼ and 1/3 acre. A few of the homes even have finished basements which is uncommon in the Henderson area. Most homes are priced in the $700,000 to $1,400,000 range.

The Fountains custom home community contains approximately 139 homes located on home sites from ½ to ¾ acre. Homes range in size from about 3,000 to 9,000 square feet and prices start at around $1,000,000. The Fountains was built in the 1990's.
